日本设计产业链对我国制造业的启示

ENLIGHTENMENT OF JAPANESE DESIGN INDUSTRY CHAIN IN CHINA' S MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY TRANSFORMATION AND UPGRADING

完整的设计产业链是支撑制造业不断转型升级和创新的机制性环节。二战后的日本依靠不断完善的设计产业链推动制造业,实现了持续性升级,进而成为制造业强国的经验值得我们借鉴。文章从产业链的形成、设计产业帮助下的技术成果转化、政府对设计产业与制造业互相协作的推动三个角度,分析了日本政府和企业是如何促进形成设计产业链并使其发挥优势的。根据现状分析了我国设计产业链形成的难点,并提出了相应的解决建议。

The complete design industry chain is the mechanism link of supporting manufacturing continuous transformation and upgrading and innovation. After World War II Japan depended on the continuous improvement of the design of the industry chain to promote manufactures, and achieved upgrading and then became a manufacturing power. This experience is worth learning from. Through three aspects including the formation of the industrial chain, the transformation of technological achievements with the auspices of the design industry, the collaboration of the design industry and manufacturing industry by the government promotion, this article discusses how Japanese government and enterprises promote the design industry chain formation and enable it to play the advantage. According to the current situation, this article analyzes the formation difficulty of the design industry chain in China, and puts forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions.
