大学,从本质上讲就是一个共同体,是教师和学生共同学习和生活的场所。大学生思想政治工作是发生在大学这个教育场域中针对大学生健康成长而开展的一项创新性教育活动。从大学共同体的维度开展大学生思想政治工作,抓住了思想政治教育工作的空间特征,使大学生思想政治工作体现大学特性,从而夯实大学生思想政治教育工作的现实基础,提升思想政治教育的有效性。

In essence,university is a community,and a place in which the teachers and students learn and live together. Ideological and political work is an innovative educational activity carried out for college students for healthy growth in the space of the university. From the dimension of the university community to carry out the construction of ideological and political work,we can seize the characteristics of ideological and political education work,reflect the university features,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education,in the end,reinforce the ideological and political education work basis in reality.
