摘要
现代科学技术的发展具有鲜明的双重效应。从科技文化与生态文明协调发展、当代中国的科技文化形成与经济社会发展来看,建设生态科技文化有着急迫的现实必要性。文章在分析建设生态科技文化必要性的基础上提出了建设科技文化的基本路径。
The development of modern science and technology has double effect. From the perspective of scientific and technological culture and the coordinated development and ecological civilization of contemporary China,it＇s of urgent need for the construction of ecological science and technology culture. Based on the necessity of the construction of ecological science and technology culture,countermeasures are put forward for it.
