摘要
目前高职教师的职业倦怠现象已呈现蔓延状态,这已影响到高职教育的可持续发展。为了减少教师职业倦怠对高职院校建设发展关键时期的负面影响,文章从身心疲惫感、职业恐惧感、缺乏动力感、成就低下感四个方面归纳了高职院校教师职业倦怠的表现形式,并通过对其产生的原因从个人、学校和社会等方面进行剖析,提出了缓解教师职业倦怠的有效策略,以应对新时期高职教育发展的新要求。
Job burnout in vocational colleges has been spread gradually in many cities,which hinder the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education. In order to reduce the negative impact on construction and development of colleges,it is necessary to resolve the problems. In this paper,several manifestations are concluded,such as physical and mental fatigue,vocational fear,lack of motivation and low achievement. The reasons of these burnout manifestations are analyzed thoroughly from the levels of individual,colleges,society,etc. Some effective strategies are proposed to relieve the current status,which will be helpful to the development of vocational education.
