Actual Challenges and Countermeasures about Improving the Ability of Rule of Law of Leading Cadres

新形势下,提高领导干部法治能力,是全面推进依法治国的必然要求,是深入推进依法行政的必然要求,同时也是切实推进依法执政的必然要求。面对领导干部法治信仰与法治思维欠缺、法治方式运用不足,领导干部法治能力建设的长效机制不健全等现实挑战,要想切实提高领导干部的法治能力,除了领导干部自身要通过学习与实践强化法治能力外,还应该积极构建提高领导干部法治能力的长效机制。

Under the new situation,improving the ability of the rule of law of leading cadres,is the inevitable requirement to comprehensively promote the rule of law,is the inevitable requirement of deepening administration according to law,and is the inevitable requirement of promoting administration according to law. Facing the actual challenges of the lack of the belief in the rule of law and the thinking of the rule of law of leading officials,the imperfectness in the long- term mechanism about the construction of the ability of the rule of law of leading cadres,in order to improve the ability of the rule of law of leading cadres,in addition to the leading cadres to strengthen their ability of rule of law through learning and practice,we should also actively build the long-term mechanism to improve the ability of the rule of law of leading cadres.
