摘要 水府席习俗为饮食民俗。水府席习俗约从1750年代开始,在湖南中部地区广为流行,历经200余年。它以节俭、简朴、环保著称,展示着热闹、和谐的文化氛围。水府席菜肴意蕴丰厚,文化含量高,至今仍为湘中地区农村举办喜、丧事所推崇和应用,已成为娄底市第三批非物质文化遗产保护项目。 Shuifu banquet custom is diet folk custom. It starts from 1750s, is widely popular in the central region of Hunan, has gone through for more than 200 years. It is famous for its thrift, simplicity, environmental protection, and displays lively, harmonious cultural atmosphere. The implication of Shuifu banquet is rich, the cultural content is high, is still respected and applied in holding happy events and funerals in the rural area of Hunan and has become the third batch of intangible cultural heritage protection project.
