摘要
高校作为教育领域一个特殊的教育机构,其管理水平、办学特色与培养人才的质量密切相关。目前高校管理中所存在道德滑坡、伦理缺失的现象,严重影响教育质量的提高。审视和矫正高校管理中的道德缺失,建立以人为本的伦理化管理模式,将是高校管理的新趋势。
An university as a special educational institution,its management level and school characteristics are closely related to the quality of personnel training. At present,there is the phenomenon of morality decline and ethics missing,which seriously affects the improvement of education quality. It will be a new trend to examine and correct the ethics missing in university management,and establish a people-oriented ethical management model.
