摘要
以"大学生职业决策自我效能量表"为工具,随机抽样选取117名湖南人文科技学院应用心理学专业在校学生为研究对象,调查应用心理学专业学生的职业决策自我效能感。结果发现:应用心理学专业学生职业自我效能感在各维度均低于参考大学生群体,对就业缺乏足够的信心;男生各个维度均值都高于女生,在制定规划维度有显著差异,其他维度差异不显著。建议进行归因训练,重视实践培养,开设职业规划课程,拓展职业领域,以提高学生职业决策自我效能感。
Taking"college students' occupation decision-making self-efficacy scale"as a tool,to select 117 students of applied psychology specialty students of Hunan Institute of Humanities,Science and Technology as the research object by random sampling,applied psychology student occupation decision-making self-efficacy is surveyed. Results show that: the applied psychology student occupation self-efficacy sense in each dimension is lower than the reference group of college students,they lack confidence in employment; the boys are higher than girls in the dimension of value,there are significant differences in the planning dimension,the difference of other dimensions is not significant. Suggestions: carrying on attribution training,emphasizing on practical training,opening occupation planning course,expanding the occupation area,in order to improve the students' occupation decision- making self-efficacy.
