心率变异性分析在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 急性心肌梗死是冠心病的严重类型,病情进展迅速,若未得到及时救治可发生心源性猝死。研究表明,自主神经功能紊乱是急性心肌梗死的主要病理生理变化,而心率变异性是目前判断自主神经功能无创而准确的指标,心率变异性在判断急性心肌梗死患者病情严重程度、预后,指导治疗、护理方面具有重要的意义。本文围绕心率变异性分析在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用进展综述如下。
