摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进在缓解老年髋部骨折患者疼痛及负性情绪中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年1月~2013年12月收治的68例髋部骨折老年患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组应用常规性护理,观察组应用持续质量改进,比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及患者满意度。结果:观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组干预后(P〈0.05);术后24、48、72 h VAS评分显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);满意度评分显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);下床活动时间、平均住院时间均少于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:持续质量改进能有效改善患者负性情绪,降低患者术后疼痛感,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in the relief of pain and negative emotion of elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods: 68 elderly patients with hip fracture( admitted to hospital from January 2012 to December 2013) were taken as the object of study,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( 34 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the continuous quality improvement was implemented in the observation group,the scores of Self- rating Anxiety Scale( SAS),Self- rating Depression Scale( SDS) and Visual Analogue Scale( VAS) and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention( P〈0. 05); the VAS score in 24,48 and 72 hours after operation was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group( P〈0. 05); the scores of patient satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group( P〈0. 05); the ambulation time and average hospitalization time was shorter in the observation group than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The continuous quality improvement can effectively relieve the patient's negative emotion and postoperative pain,shorten the hospitalization time and improve patient satisfaction.
