应用型本科院校图书馆信息服务模式转型的思路应该为:将"以读者为中心"的服务理念贯穿于图书馆工作的全过程;以学科专业设置为导向,应用型文献信息资源建设开放与共享既是图书馆公益属性决定的,也是读者对应用型本科院校图书馆的现实需求;高素质的馆员队伍建设是图书馆成功转型的重要保障。

The train of thought for the library information service transformation of application-oriented undergradu- ate colleges should be： Carry out the ＂reader-centered＂ service concept throughout the entire process of library work ; take as the guidance the construction of disciplines and specialties, and opening the applied documental in- formation construction resources and sharing the resources are determined not only by the commonwealth feature of the library, but also by the practical need of the readers for the applied type of undergraduate college library. The construction of high qualified librarians is an important guarantee for the successful transformation of library.
