摘要
[目的]优化莲草直胸跳甲茎外化蛹条件,为发挥莲草直胸跳甲在防治喜旱莲子草中的控制效能提供参考。[方法]通过调查化蛹率和羽化率对莲草直胸跳甲的茎外化蛹基质(湿润砂壤土、花泥、琼脂)进行了筛选。[结果]莲草直胸跳甲在花泥上的化蛹率和羽化率与茎秆无显著差异,但均高于砂壤土和琼脂等基质,表明花泥可作为该虫的适宜的茎外化蛹基质;以花泥作为化蛹基质,密度在30-40头/盒(约2 700 cm^3)可保证较高的化蛹率和羽化率。[结论]研究结果为莲草直胸跳甲人工饲养的条件优化提供了新思路。
[ Objective ] The method for pupation of Agasicles hygrophila at the outside stems was optimized to provide reference for controlling Alternanthera philoxeroides. [ Method] The selection of base medium for the pupation of at stem outside was screened, and their pupation and emergence rate were investigated. [ Result] The pupation and emergence rates of Agasicles hygrophila were no significant difference on the flower mud and the inside of stem, but significant higher than the moist sandy loam soil and the agar. It was indicated that the flower mud could be used as the more appropriate medium for pupation of this insect. Furthermore, highly pupation and emergence rates were easily attained in the flower mud as the density of 30 - 40 individuals each box ( about 2 700 cm^3 ). [ Conclusion] The study provided reference for optimize method on the artificial rearing Agasicles hygrophila.
