摘要
草莓作为一种营养丰富的水果,极易腐烂,草莓的保鲜始终是社会研究的热点、难点。草莓相关保鲜技术非常丰富,在实际应用中,往往采用多种技术相结合的方式对草莓进行保鲜处理。近年来,从专利申请量来看,国内外尤其是国内对草莓保鲜技术的研究呈现上升趋势。对草莓保鲜技术进行了概述总结,并对其专利技术发展进行了梳理。
Strawberry is a nutritious and perishable fruit; therefore; it' s always the hot spot and difficulty of social research. Strawberry related preservation technology is very rich, and in practice, frequently, various means of preservation are combined to apply to strawberry. In recent years, both at home and abroad especially domestic research on the technology of strawberry preservation showed a rising trend from the aspect of quantity of patent applications. This paper summarizes the technology of strawberry preservation, and reviews its related patent technology development.
