摘要
[目的]比较不同动植物组合对衡水湖水体的净化效果。[方法]以空心菜、木耳菜两种植物和鲫鱼为试验对象,研究了不同动植物组合及单一植物对衡水湖富营养化水体中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的净化效果。[结果]空心菜+鲫鱼组合对衡水湖富营养化水体净化效果最好,试验进行15 d时,空心菜+鲫鱼组合对总氮、总磷的去除率分别为9.58%、42.86%;木耳菜+鲫鱼组合对总氮、总磷的去除率分别为8.88%、37.14%;两组单一植物组净化效果相对较差,空心菜对总氮、总磷的去除率分别为7.48%、28.57%;木耳菜对总氮、总磷的去除率分别为5.84%、20.0%。[结论]该研究为衡水湖富营养化水体的生态修复及当地的经济发展提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The study aims to compare water purification of Hengshui Lake by different combinations of animals and plants. [ Method ] Different combinations of lpomoea aquatica, Gynura cusimbua and Carassius auratus were used to purify eutrophic water in Hengshui Lake, and the removal effects of total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) in the water were discussed. [ Result] The combination of I. aquatica and C. auratus had the best effect on water purification of Hengshui Lake, and the removal rates of TN and TP were up to 9. 58% and 42.86% after 15 days of purification. Another combination, G. cusimbua and C. auratus, also had better effect than the other two treatments with a single hydrophyte, and the removal rates of TN and TP were 8.88% and 37.14%. [ Conclusion] The research would provide theoretical basis for ecological restoration of eutrophic water in Hengshui Lake and local economic development.
