内插式真空管空气集热器的热性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 提出一种高效的内插式全玻璃真空管空气集热器,其内插铝制导流管以增强换热,测试了该集热器在不同条件下的热性能。结果表明,集热器在多云天气下的平均效率为49.5%,晴朗天气下平均效率则为63.7%;集热器瞬时效率随入口工质流量的增加而增大;集热器纵向放置时的平均效率比横向放置时高6.3%。整体来说,此内插式真空管空气集热器的性能良好,有较好的推广和应用前景。 This paper presents a high efficient interpolation type all-glass vacuum tube solar air heater, the heat can be increased by interpolated aluminum duct. And the thermal performance of the collector under different conditions was tested. The results showed that the average efficiency of collectors with cloudy weather is 49.5%, average efficiency for sunny weather is 63.7% ; The instantaneous efficiency of collector increases with the increase of inlet flow rate of working fluid; The average efficiency of collector placed longitudinally is higher than that plaeed horizontally about 6.3%. Overall, the performance of interpolation type all-glass vacuum tube solar air collector is well, which has the well promotion and application prospect.
