基于农户的耕地利用影响因素分析——以汉中市为例

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Cultivated Land Utilization Based on Farmers

以陕西省汉中市为研究区域,选择武侯镇、勉阳镇等5个乡镇为典型乡镇开展实地问卷调查,并选取户主年龄、户主受教育程度、家庭年纯收入以及种植业年均纯收入等因素作为研究因子,基于投入产出分析理论,运用Logit模型对影响农户耕地利用的因素进行回归分析。结果表明:户主年龄、家庭总人口、种植业年均纯收入与农户耕地耕作意愿具有显著性关系,即农户因素对耕地利用具有显著性影响;农业与非农业的经济收益对比对农地的要素投入有重大影响。

Taking Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province as study area, questionnaire investigation was carried out on 5 typical towns and villages, such as Wuhou Town, Mianyang Town. Farmer householder age, education degree , family annual net income and planting annual net income are selected as research factors. On the basis of the input-output theory, using the Logit model, empirical and regression analysis was conducted on factors influencing farmers cultivated land utilization. The results show that ： farmer householder age, family＇ s population, and planting net income per year has significant relationship with farmers＇ cultivation willingness; agricultural and non-agricultural economics benefits have a significant impact on agricultural land input.
