城郊农村居民点利用现状及其影响因素分析——以云南省玉溪市红塔区春和镇为例

Analysis of Suburban Rural Residential Use Status and Influence Factors——A Case Study of Chunhe Town,Hongta Region,Yuxi City,Yunnan Province

开展农村居民点利用现状调查,有利于提高农村居民点用地挖潜的可能性,促进农村居民点用地的节约集约利用,提高土地利用率。通过文献调查法、参与式农村评估方法(PRA)、GIS技术对春和镇现有农村居民点用地规模、结构及其空间布局特征、存在问题及影响因素进行分析。研究表明:由于研究区内居民的守土意识浓厚、攀比心理、建筑工艺落后等原因,造成农村居民点出现一户多宅、人均面积超出国家标准、闲置等诸多情况。针对结果提出对研究区内加大执法力度、完善土地管理制度、建立新农村小区等对策建议。

To carry out investigation on utilization status of rural residential area, can improve the possibility of rural residential land development, promote the economical and intensive utilization of rural residential land, improve land utilization. By using literature survey, participatory rural assessment method （PRA）, GIS technology, current rural residential land scale, structure and its spatial distribution characteristics, existing problems and influencing factors were analyzed. The results showed that ： as a result of the study area residents＇ conservative ideology, the joneses, backward construction technology and so on, rural residential areas appear one household has more than one house, per capita area beyond the national standard, idle, etc. According to the results, several suggestions were put forward, such as intensify law enforcement, improve land management system, establish new rural village.
