信息传播渠道对消费者了解转基因食品的影响——以南京市为代表 被引量:2

摘要 研究消费者对转基因食品的认知程度有利于增强消费者对转基因食品的了解和建立规范的转基因市场体系。而信息传播渠道对消费者了解转基因食品的认知程度存在着显著性的差异,对此,主要以问卷的形式调查了南京市消费者对转基因的认知程度,问卷的分析主要运用方差分析进行显著性检验,得出结论:目前消费者对转基因食品的认知程度为听说过但不了解或者了解一点,主要的了解渠道是电视或广播,而可信度最高的传播渠道是食品监管机制或消费者协会等部门,而且不同信息传播渠道之间也存在显著性差异。最后,从信息传播渠道及保证消费者的知情权的角度对政府正确宣传转基因提出了一系列的意见和建议。 Study on the degree of consumers' awareness of genetically modified food can increase consumers' understanding of genetically modified food and enhance the establishment of transgenic regulated market system. But different information dissemination channels act differently to people' s awareness of genetically modified food. This thesis aims to study the cognitive degree differences of consumers towards GM in Nanjing City, based on a well - designed questionnaire and variance analysis to the questionnaire. And a conclusion is reached, that is for geneticaUy modified food, consumers just hear of it without truly understanding or just know a little about it. Television or radio is the mainly channel for consumers to know about GM, but food supervision mechanism or consumer associations and other departments have a higher confidence level. At the same time, there are significant differences among different information dissemination channels. From the perspective of information dissemination channels and guarantee of consumers' right to be informed, this thesis finally puts forward a series of advises and suggestions on government' s reasonable publicity of GM.
