摘要
为获得食用菌生长所需最佳环境,提高菌菇品质,分析了以物联网技术为基础的食用菌生产测控系统在食用菌工厂化生产中的应用效果。通过与没有相应智能控制系统的菇房进行对比研究,结果表明:基于物联网技术的智能控制系统数据采集、传输、分析、控制性能可靠,可根据室外气温、风向和相对湿度,根据杏鲍菇不同的生长阶段控制菇房温度、湿度、CO2浓度,较人工操作更加稳定,提高菌菇生长标准化水平,提高劳动生率和资源利用率,减少管理用工和降低能耗。
In order to obtain the best environment for edible fungi growing and improve the quality of mushroom, the production measurement and control system of edible fungus on the basis of Internet of things technology was analyzed. The comparative study shows that the data acquisition, transmission, analysis, control performance of the; system are reliable. It also can control room temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration according to the outdoor air temperature, wind direction and relative humidity in the different growth stage of Pleurotus cryngi. The system is more stable than the manual operation . It can improve the level of standardization of fungus mushroom growth, improve system labor rate, utilization rate of resources, reduce the management of labor and reduce energy consumption.
