摘要
[目的]调查水貂细菌病的病原种类及其耐药性,以更好地预防水貂细菌病。[方法]从山东某水貂场采集病料,通过病原分离和生化试验等方法对细菌进行了分离与鉴定,并在此基础上进行了药敏试验。[结果]分离菌鉴定为埃希氏菌、克雷伯菌、哈夫尼菌、志贺氏菌、成团泛菌、耶尔森菌和沙门氏菌。药敏试验结果表明所有分离株对头孢西叮、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟均敏感,对其他药物表现出不同程度的耐药性。[结论]水貂发生细菌病后,应尽可能通过药敏试验筛选敏感药物,避免盲目用药。
[ Objective] The research aimed to investigate the species of mink pathogens and their drug resistance and prevent the bacteriosis of minks. [ Method] The diseased samples of minks were collected from a mink farm in Shandong Province. The pathogens were isolated and identified by pathogen isolation, identification, biochemical tests and drug sensitivity test. [ Result] The isolated strains belonged to Escherichia, Klebsiella, Hafnia, Shigella, Pantoea, Yersinia and Salmonella. The results of drug sensitivity test demonstrated that all the isolated strains were sensitive to cephalosporins, ceftazidime and cefepime, which was resistant to other antimicrobials at different degree. [ Conclusion ] After the baeteriosis of minks occurred, the sensitive drugs should be selected by drug sensitivity test to avoid drug abuse.
