摘要
运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行破碎虚拟仿真,经实验验证正确后,将该技术用于本研究。在破碎虚拟仿真研究的基础上建立其几何模型、选择了破碎锤头和钢板的材料参数,并建立了锤头及钢板的有限元模型。针对可能影响破碎效果的因素进行虚拟仿真,得到锤头质量对破碎影响较小,而锤头速度和半径对破碎影响较大的结论,从而为汽车回收钢板破碎机的研究提供理论支撑。
In this paper,the virtual simulation of crushing recycling steel plate from scrap auto is stud-ied.It has been found a suitable analytical method that using the ANSYS /LS-DYNA software simulates the situation of the experiment,and the simulation result is good.Crushing virtual simulation based on the research on its geometry was established.The material parameters of steel plate and hammer were se-lected,and the finite element model of the hammerhead and steel plate was established.According to the factors of affecting on crushing effect to simulate,the results were got that the hammers mass has little effect on crushing,and the hammers velocity and radius have more effect on crushing.It can provide some theoretical supports for the automobile recycling steel crusher research.
