摘要
目的优化红桃消肿颗粒中的水提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以处方出膏率为指标,以溶剂用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,筛选红桃消肿颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。结果红桃消肿颗粒的最佳水提工艺为加6倍量的水,煎煮2次,每次2 h。结论优选试验得到的提取工艺稳定、可行,适用于红桃消肿颗粒的生产。
Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Hongtao Detumescence Granules. Methods The orthogonal test of L(34) was adopted to screen the optimal extraction process condition of Hongtao Detumescence Granules with the prescription extraction rate as the indicator and the solvent amount,extraction frequency and extraction time as the investigation factors. Results The optimal water extraction process condition of Hongtao Detumescence Granules was adding 6 times the amount of water,extracting twice and 2 h each time. Conclusion The optimal extraction process obtained by the optimization test is stable, feasible and suitable for the production of Hongtao Detumescence Granules.
