老年非甾体类抗炎药导致上消化道出血内镜诊治进展 被引量：6

摘要 非甾体消炎药（non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs）是目前临床应用较广的药物之一。法国数据显示每年有2500万-3000万患者服用NSAIDs,且初级保健医生开的处方中8%含有NSAIDs[1]。一般短期使用常用于缓解各种疼痛、退热及手术期的镇痛;长期则主要用于治疗类风湿性关节炎、骨性关节炎等风湿性疾病,而且常采用低剂量阿司匹林来预防心脑血管疾病。
