摘要
在氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾溶液中,以环己胺和硅溶胶为原料,通过K’与Na’对丝光沸石生成的抑制,成功合成了纯度很高的ZSM-35分子筛相,并利用X-光衍射分析仪对不同条件下形成的样品XRD光谱图,对影响ZSM-35分子筛生成的外界因素进行了分析,结果显示:ZSM-35分子筛形成的最佳碱度是3.3~3.5,n(SiO2):,n(A1202)=20,晶化时间为40h时,ZSM-35分子筛的特征衍射峰强度很高,可以合成高纯度度晶化的ZSM-35分子筛样品,为ZSM-35分子筛的开发利用提供新的思路。
Using cyclohexylamine and silica as raw materials in sodium hydroxide and potassium hy- droxide solution. K+ and Na+ can inhibit the mordenite generated. We successfully synthesized high purity zeolite ZSM-35 phase, and using X-ray diffraction analyzer XRD spectra analyzed the samples formed under different conditions, and investigated the external influencing factors. The analysis re- sults showed that:the best alkalinity formation of zeolite ZSM-35 is 3.3~3.5 ,n(SiO2 )/n(A1203 )= 20,the crystallization time is 40 h, the characteristic diffraction peak intensity of ZSM 35 zeolites is high, the high purity degree of crystallization of ZSM-35 zeolite samples can be synthesized,it provides the new ideas to zeolite ZSM-35 exploitation and usage.
