原子吸收光度法直接测定工业硫酸中镍

摘要 建立火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定工业硫酸中重金属镍的方法。采用稀硫酸配制标准系列溶液,用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定工业硫酸中金属镍含量。在选定的仪器测定条件下,采用标准加入法考察方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,加标回收率为97.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.45%,方法检出限为0.012μg/mL。结论:方法简单易操作、快速可靠,可用于工业硫酸中镍含量的直接测定。 To develop direct determination of Ni in industrial sulfate using flame atomic absorption spectrometry, A series of solutions were prepared with dilute sulfuric acid and the content of Ni in in- dustrial sulfate was directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Under the selected conditions,accuracy and precision of the flame atomic absorption spectrometry were investigated using standard addition method. Results showed that the recovery was 97.4 %, and the relative standard de- viation was 0.45% ,the detection limit of this method was 0. 012 μg/mL for Ni. This method is easy for operation,rapid,accurate and reliable, and it can be used for the determination of Ni in industrial sulfate.
