摘要
目的了解大学生口腔健康知识、态度和行为情况,评价口腔健康教育对促进广西高校大学生口腔保健知识、态度和行为的效果。方法对广西医科大学学生进行问卷调查,并对有效回收问卷的填写者进行口腔健康教育及回访,对问卷数据进行χ2检验来比较口腔健康知识知晓率、口腔健康态度和口腔健康行为在宣教前后的改变。结果宣教前大学生口腔健康知识知晓情况欠佳,宣教后知晓情况显著提高,其中有关正畸治疗、牙龈出血、氟的作用、智齿等方面的项目有较明显改善,改善率分别为27.39%、19.10%、15.14%和14.54%(P<0.01);口腔态度方面,认为口腔健康很重要的受访者由宣教前的73.59%增加到80.90%(P<0.01);口腔保健行为方面,宣教前仅有37.50%和70.23%的受访者使用小头牙刷和软毛牙刷,两者宣教后的使用率分别提高了24.42%和13.88%(P<0.01)。结论在高校中开展口腔健康教育可以有效提高大学生口腔健康知识水平,促进良好口腔保健行为的养成。
Objective The oral health knowledge,attitude and behavior of college students in Guangxi were in-vestigated to evaluate the effects of oral health education.Methods College students were randomly selected from Guangxi Medical University and were surveyed by questionnaires before and after oral health education.Meanwhile,Chi-aquare test were used to compare the change of their knowledge and behavior of oral health.Results The college students involved in this investigation mostly lacked the basic knowledge of oral health before the health education begin,which have significantly improved when the health education is being done,and the items concerning orthodontic treatment,gum bleeding,fluo-rine,wisdom tooth exhibit remarkable improvement,the improvement rates are namely 27.39%,19.10%,15.14% and 14.54% (P &lt;0.01);the rates of students who consider oral health is important to them have increased from 73.59% to 80.90% after the education (P &lt;0.01);there are only 37.50% and 70.23% of students use small head toothbrush and soft-bristle toothbrush,the using rate of which have increased 24.42% and 13.88% namely after the education (P &lt;0.01).Conclusion Oral health education showed good effectiveness on college students to improve the oral health knowl-edge and to promote the good oral health habit among them.
