论目标管理在我国企业中的应用——以联想公司为例

摘要 目标管理在全球众多的公司中已经得到成功运用,在我国如何有效运用已成为企业面临的现实课题。基于目标管理理念,分析其在我国企业中的应用现状及存在的问题,在总结经验教训的基础上,对企业如何实施目标管理提出具体对策和建议,以便为我国企业管理实践提供有益借鉴。 While management by objectives has successfully applied in numerous enterprises worldwide, how to apply it effectively has become a great issue confronted by Chinese companies. Based on management by objectives,the paper analyzes the status quo and problems of its application in Chinese enterprises and proposes specific strategy and suggestions on how to implement it through experiences and lessons so as to provide beneficial references for Chinese practical enterprise management.
