摘要
采用超音速火焰喷涂技术制备出WC10Co4Cr涂层。利用显微硬度试验机测试了涂层的硬度,通过橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验和扫描电镜(SEM)对涂层磨粒磨损性能和磨损形貌进行分析,利用静态液压万能试验机进行涂层剥离测试分析。结果表明:涂层的硬度随着喷涂距离的增大而增加。WC10Co4Cr涂层,其磨损失效形式主要以小颗粒脱落为主。
WC10Co4Cr coating was manufacturing by HVOF technology. The hardness of the coating was examined by microhardness testing machine. Abrasive wear properties and morphology of the coating were evaluated based on the rubber wheel abrasion test and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). Stripping characteristic of the coating was obtained by the static hydraulic universal testing machine. The results show that the coating hardness increased with the increase of spraying distance. wear failure form of WC10Co4 Cr coating was mainly the small particle to fall off from coating.
