摘要
应用电化学腐蚀试验、常温拉伸试验、夏氏冲击试验等方法,FV520(B)马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢经固溶、调整和不同温度时效后测试了它的抗电化学腐蚀性能、力学性能。并应用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜等检验手段对不同温度时效后的金相组织、断口形貌、沉淀硬化析出相等进行了相关的理论分析,绘制了不同时效温度的极化曲线。得出了不同时效温度的抗电化学腐蚀规律以及力学性能的变化规律,对热处理工艺参数的制定具有指导意义。
The electrochemical corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of FV520( B) martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel after solution and different aging temperature were tested by electrochemical corrosion test,room temperature tensile test and Charpy impact test. The microstructure,fracture morphology and precipitation hardening precipitates after aging at different temperature were theoretically analyzed by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy and so on. The polarization curves at different aging temperature were drawn. The law of electrochemical corrosion resistance properties and the change rule of mechanical properties at different aging temperature were obtained,which has guiding significance for the decision of heat treatment process parameters.
