摘要
本文主要介绍了大直径铜合金铸锭感应加热炉的设计,主要包括炉体和电控系统的设计。并对感应炉主电路、控制电路及励磁电路进行了设计。设计后的感应加热炉系统具有反应快、精度高、误差小等优点,使得加热大直径铜合金铸锭的效率更高,加热质量更好,实现了最优化的加热。
In this paper,the design on induction heating furnace is mainly introduced,it includes the design for body of induction heating furnace and electric control system. And main circuit,control circuit and excitation circuit are designed. The designed induction heating furnace system has the characteristics of fast response,high accuracy,small error and so on to make it has higher efficiency and more heating quality,and realize the optimizing heating in heating huge diameter copper cast ingo.
