加强辅导员职业能力建设,对于促进大学生健康成长全面发展、激励辅导员职业认同自我超越、提升高等学校管理水平和能力都具有十分重要的作用。文章概述了辅导员职业能力的基本内涵、分类和特征,分析了辅导员职业能力建设的重要意义,并从严格选聘、注重培训、建设品牌和完善制度的角度,提出了高职院校提升辅导员职业能力的实施路径。

To strengthen the construction of counselor professional ability,and promote the healthy growth of college students＇ all- round development,we should motivate their professional identity and promote higher school management level and ability to transcend self which has a very important role. This article summarizes the basic connotation,classification and characteristics of professional ability of counselors,analyzes the significance of counselors occupational ability construction,and selecting strictly. Pay attention to training and construction of brand and improve the system＇s point of view and put forward the higher vocational colleges to improve the implementation of the professional ability of the counselor.
