鞘内孤啡肽对大鼠心血管活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 孤啡肽(N/OFQ)是1995年发现的一条含有17个氨基酸的阿片肽,它是阿片受体样受体ORL1或LC132受体的内源性配体[1,2]。N/OFQ系统主要分布于中枢神经系统,在外周如血管壁、肾上腺、肝脏、小肠、输精管、卵巢、脾、外周白细胞等均有分布,N/OFQ及其受体组成了一个新的肽受体系统,这一系统调节许多中枢及外周的功能:在脑水平上,N/OFQ刺激进食、产生抗焦虑效果、
