婴幼儿配方羊奶粉作为一种新型配方奶粉逐渐被人们所熟知，而其中乳清蛋白的含量是检测婴幼儿配方羊奶粉营养价值的一项重要指标。本文就婴幼儿配方羊奶粉中乳清蛋白的检测方法进行综述，以便找出一种更加高效快捷的检测方法，进而确保婴幼儿配方羊奶粉中的乳清蛋白的含量达到标准，并为以后的婴幼儿配方羊奶粉的检测提供一项理论基础。

As a new formula, infant formula goat milk powder is gradully to know, and the content of whey protein is an important idex for detection of infant formual of goat milk nutritional value.This paper reviews the detection method of whey protein in infant formula goat milk powder, in order to find a more efficient detection method, to ensure the content of whey protein reach the standard ,and to provide a theoretical basis for the future detection of the whey protein in the infant formula goat milk powder.
