健康管理对官兵心理健康维护的影响

Effect of Health Management on Maintaining Mental Health in Sevicemen

目的观察健康管理对官兵心理健康的作用,探讨官兵心理健康维护方法。方法随机整群抽样3480名部队官兵,分为观察组(1096人)、对照组(1370人)和新兵组(1014人)。观察组由医院专家行系统心理健康教育、生活方式干预及心理健康知识讲座,对照组由部队卫生队行心理健康知识讲座等。三组均于观察组开始接受系统心理健康教育和健康管理2年后进行SCL-90问卷调查。结果观察组症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)总分、躯体化、强迫性、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖明显低于对照组,观察组SCL-90总分、躯体化症状、强迫性、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病情明显低于新兵组。对照组强迫性、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性明显低于新兵组,而敌对明显高于新兵组。结论系统心理和健康教育、生活方式干预有利于部队官兵整体心理健康的维护。

Objective To observe the effect of health education and living-style intervention on mental health in ser- vicemen, investigate the way to maintain mental health in troops.Methods A total of 3480 armymen were enrolled in this study and divided into observation group, control group, and recruit group. The observation group received health educa tion, living-style intervention, and lecture of psychology from specialist of the hospital. The control group received lecture of psychology by specialist from doctors of medical unit of army. Symptoms Checklist-90 （SCL-90） questionnaires for these groups were collected after 2 years.Results The total score and the score of psychological symptom such as mobili zation , obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia were lower in observation group as corn pared with control group. The total score and the score of psychological symptom such as mobilization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety, phobia, lunacy were lower in observation group as compared with recruit group. Ob sessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, phobia, lunacy were lower in control group as compared with recruit group.Conclu- sion Health education and living-style intervention are helpful to maintain mental health in troops.
