高原汽车军人慢性疲劳综合征综合治疗的疗效观察 被引量:1

Effect of Comprehensive Treatment on the Rehabilitation of Plateau Truck Servicemen with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

摘要 目的探讨综合治疗对高原汽车军人的慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)的康复作用。方法选取新疆军区某部高原汽车军人共268名,筛选CFS患者62名,将其中50名高原汽车军人分为5组,每组10名军人,其中一组为空白对照,其余4组患CFS军人分别接受抗疲劳治疗(补充乳清蛋白治疗、铁剂治疗、心理治疗及综合治疗),其中,综合治疗为补充乳清蛋白、铁剂及心理治疗干预。用多维疲劳量表(multidimensional fatigue scale,MFI-20)评定干预前、干预后1周及2周评分。结果 CFS的检出率为23.1%,接受乳清蛋白治疗和综合治疗的军人在不同时间点的MFI总体疲劳评分、综合性疲劳评分、体力疲劳评分、脑力下降评分不同,且评分均下降(P<0.05),余干预组干预前后疲劳评分差异无统计学意义。动力下降评分方面,心理治疗和乳清蛋白治疗组评分呈下降趋势(P<0.05),而活动减少评分方面,干预组干预前后评分差异均无统计学意义。结论高原汽车军人CFS问题值得关注,综合治疗、口服乳清蛋白及心理治疗可一定程度上减轻疲劳评分。综合治疗效果最好,值得深入研究。 Objective To explore comprehensive treatment of truck servicemen on the plateau for the rehabilitation of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) .Methods A total of 268 truck servicemenin Xinxiang were selected among whom 62 were diagnosed as CFS patients. Fifty truck servicemen were divided into 5 groups with 10 soldiers in each group. One group was blank control, the rest four groups accepted fatigue treatment respectively (supplement whey protein, iron treatment, psychological treatment and comprehensive treatment) . The comprehensive treatment included supplement protein, iron, and psychological intervention.They were assessed by multidimensional fatigue scale (MFI-20) before the intervention, one week and two weeks after the intervention.Results CFS detection rate was 23.1%.The MFI overall fatigue scores, general fatigue scores, physical fatigue scores, mental fatigue scores decreased (P〈0.05) in protein therapy and comprehensive treatment groups at different timepoints. There was no significant difference in fatigue scores before and after intervention. Activity scores declined in psychotherapy and whey protein treatment group (P〈0.05) . The re duced activity scores were not different before and after intervention.Conclusion Plateau truck servicemen CFS problems are worthy of attention.Comprehensive treatment, oral whey protein and psychological treatment can ease the fatigue rating of CFS patients to a certain extent. The best method is comprehensive treatment which is worth further study.
