含桑叶和荔枝核提取物的眼霜对皮肤保湿性能和弹性的临床研究 被引量:1

Clinical Study of Eye Cream Containing Folium Mori Extract and Litehi Seed Extract on Skin Moisturizing Properties and Elasticity

摘要 目的通过测定志愿者皮肤保湿性能(皮肤水分、水分流失)和皮肤弹性的指标,评价试用含桑叶提取物和荔枝核提取物的眼霜对皮肤保湿和抗皱效果。方法以30~45岁的女性为测试对象,以双侧眼部周围为产品试用部位(选取双眼各2个部位),试用该眼霜产品30 d,试验前和试用产品30 d后分别用Corneometer CM825水分测定仪、Tewameter TM210皮肤水分流失测定仪和Cutometer MPA580皮肤弹性测定仪检测皮肤水分含量、水分流失和皮肤弹性,比较试用产品前后皮肤保湿性能和弹性的改善情况。结果试用该产品30 d后明显增加皮肤水分含量和减少皮肤水分流失,同时对改善皮肤弹性有一定效果,包括粗弹性、净弹性和紧实程度的提升。结论含桑叶提取物和荔枝核提取物的眼霜产品具有明显的皮肤保湿、滋润、提升皮肤弹性的功效。 Objective To evaluate the skin moisturizing properties and anti-wrinkle effect in a trial using the eye cream containing folium mori extract and litehi seed extract by measuring the volunteer's skin moisturizing properties (skin moisture, moisture loss) and skin elasticity.Methods Women aged 30-45 years were studied. The areas around the bilateral eye were as the product trial site (two sites of binoculus were selected of each subject), and the eye cream prod- uct were applied for 30 days.Before and 30 days after the test, the skin moisture content, moisture loss and skin elasticity were detected by Corneometer CM 825 water determination apparatus, Tewameter TM210 skin moisture loss measure- ment instrument and Cutometer MPA580 skin elasticity measurement instrument respectively. The skin moisturizing properties and skin elasticity before and after the trial were compared. Results The product had obvious improvement effect on increasing skin moisture and decreasing skin moisture loss.The skin elasticity including the coarse elastic, net e- lastic and compaction degree were significantly improved.Conclusion This eye cream product containing folium mori ex- tract and litehi seed extract has obvious skin moisturizing, moisturizing and skin elasticity enhancing effect.
