军事机务人员健康状况调查分析

Survey Analysis on Health Status of Aviation Aircraft Crews

目的了解机务人员的健康状况,分析主要疾病谱及其影响因素,为有针对性地开展卫生保健工作提供依据。方法采用自行设计的机务人员健康调查问卷,整群抽取某部机务人员822名,进行回顾性分析。结果机务人员疾病谱前五位的是:听力下降、腰肌劳损、近视、腰椎间盘突出、慢性鼻炎。其患病率与年龄、军龄以及专业等有关。结论军事航空机务人员疾病谱有明显职业特点,应针对性地制订预防措施,提高健康水平。

Objective To investigate the health status of aviation aircraft crews, analyze the major disease spec trum,and major health-related effect factors,and to supply reference for better health care.Methods With rerospective a- nalysis,822 aviation aircraft crews were conducted a questionnaire survey.Results The first 5 diseases were hearing loss, lumbar muscle strain, myopia, lumbar disc herniation （LDH） , chronic rhinitis, which were related with age, service time, job categories ere.Conclusion The disease spectramhas the occupational characteristic of aviation aircraft crews. It is very important to do the most effective intervention measures to improve their health status.
