摘要
目的制备3种复合型高岭土止血纱布,观察其止血功能,并对其生物安全性进行评价。方法制备3种复合型高岭土止血纱布(单纯高岭土止血纱布,高岭土白芨止血纱布,高岭土大黄炭止血纱布);建立兔急性出血动物模型;测定10 min各组止血量;流式细胞法检测各组外周血血小板活化水平;HE染色观察受压组织形态学变化及纱布颗粒脱落物数量。结果与单纯高岭土止血纱布比较,其他两组10 min出血量显著增加;流式检测发现,单纯高凝土纱布能够更好的激活外周血中血小板的活化功能;病理切片显示,3种纱布按压止血后,创面均未发现纱布颗粒脱落物,但高岭土白芨止血纱布和高岭土大黄炭止血纱布按压止血后,创面出现大面积炎性细胞浸润。结论制备的3种复合型高岭土止血纱布物理性质均为稳定,其中单纯高岭土止血纱布止血效果最好,且不易引发白细胞浸润。
Objective To prepare three kinds of kaolin composite hemostatic gauzes,and observe their hemostatic function,and evaluate the biological safety.Methods Three kinds of kaolin composite hemostatic gauzes(pure kaolin,kaolin-bletilla,kaolin-rheum officinale)were prepared;Rabbit acute hemorrhage model was established.The amount of bleeding in 10 min was determined.The activation level of peripheral blood platelet was detected by flow cytometry.The histomorphology changes and the number of peeling gauze particle were observed by HE staining.Results Compared with pure kaolinite hemostatic gauze,the amount of bleeding of the others increased significantly in 10 min.The pure kaolin gauze could activate the function of peripheral blood platelet activation.No gauze shed particles were observed after hemostasis by the three kinds of gauze.There was a massive inflammatory cell infiltration in the wound after hemostasis by kaolin-bletilla and kaolin-rheum officinale hemostatic gauzes.Conclusions The properties of three gauzes are stable,while the hemostatic effect of the pure kaolin is best,and it dosen't cause leukocyte infiltration easily.
