摘要
目的应用数字量化评分法对农村籍先天性心脏病患者的护理工作满意度进行评价,为提升护理服务质量提供依据。方法采用前瞻性研究,选择心血管外科农村贫困籍住院患者100例,分别应用两种不同计算方法进行满意度评价,常规组采用直观统计法,量化组采用数字量化评分法,比较两组的满意度调查结果。结果常规组总分高于量化组,10项调查项目中7项结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05);患者对满意度调查表的认知评估结果显示,对测评内容差异不明显,但在测评方法与理解程度上具有统计学差异(P<0.05);责任护士认知评价结果显示,在测评方法、理解程度与方便计算方面具有统计学差异(P<0.05);评估护士与患者结果显示,量化组采用的测评方法及计算结果可信度高,患者更易接受与掌握,评价结果的真实性提升。结论数字量化评分法在开展优质服务满意度调查中有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the approving rate to nursing work among patients from rural area using a digitalized quantitative questionnaire for the purpose of better evaluation and improvement in the quality of nursing work.Methods One hundred underprivileged patients from rural area were included in this prospective study and divided into two groups.Their approving rate to the nursing work were evaluated by two different methods.Regular prospective forms were used in one group as control.In the other group,digitalized quantitative questionnaire were used.Approving rate among patients were calculated and compared.Results The total score of the control group is higher than that of the digitalized quantitative questionnaire group.Among the 10 indexes,7 of them are of statistical differences between these two groups.The cognitive evaluation results of patients to the questionnaires showed no significant differences to the contents of the questionnaires,however,significant differences of evaluation methods and span of apprehension were observed.Results of the cognitive evaluation of the nurse in charge showed differences in evaluation method,span of apprehension and convenience for calculation.The digitalized quantitative questionnaire were considered to be more credible in respect to both evaluation method and calculated results.It was easier to be understood and accepted by the patients.ConclusionDigitalized quantitative questionnaire can contribute positively to the evaluation of the nursing work.
