摘要
目的评价思维导图健康教育法对社区类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将65名社区类风湿关节炎患者随机分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=32),观察组采用思维导图健康教育法,对照组采用传统的健康教育方式,均给予为期6个月的健康教育,在研究前后分别采用简明健康测量量表(the medical outcomes study 36-item shortform health survey,SF-36)对两组进行生活质量的测评。结果 SF-36量表得分两组间比较:研究前两组分数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究后观察组各维度分数及总分均高于对照组,除社会功能(social functioning,SF)外,其它分数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究前后两组SF-36量表得分自身比较:观察组得分前后比较,各维度及总分差异均有统计学意义;对照组得分前后比较,除生理功能(physical functioning,PF)、躯体疼痛(body pain,BP)、社会功能(social functioning,SF)维度的提高有统计学意义外,其它各维度及总分均无显著提高。结论思维导图健康教育法可改善社区类风湿关节炎患者的生活质量,其效果优于传统方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of mind mapping method of health education on life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in community.Methods 65 community patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the observation group(n=33)and control group(n=32),the observation group was treated with mind mapping method of health education,the control group was used traditional method of health education,both groups received health education for 6 months.In the study,the medical outcomes study 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)was used to measure the life quality of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference on SF-36 scores of two groups before the study,after the study each dimension scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.There was statistical significance in scores except for social function(SF)(P〈0.05).The comparison all dimensions and total scores of observation group before and after study showed significant differences,but the dimensions and total score of the control group were not significantly improved except the physiological function(PF),body pain(BP)and social function(SF).Conclusion Mind mapping method of health education can improve the life quality of community patients with rheumatoid arthritis,its effect is better than the traditional method’s.
