摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer disease,AD）是一种进行性发展的致死性神经退行性疾病[1],发病率较高,已成为现代社会严重威胁老年人生命的疾病之一,其死亡率仅次于心血管疾病、癌症及中风[2],全世界有3500万AD患者[3]。据欧美等11个国家联合研究报道[4],60岁老年人AD患病率为0.3%~0.8%,65岁以上的老年人年龄每增加5岁,
