美军高岭土止血材料的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 止血是单兵急救包最为重要的功能之一[1]。2008年,高岭土止血纱布入选美军"十大顶尖陆军装备"[2],并被美军战伤救护委员会(Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care,CoTCCC)推荐为作战首选止血产品[3]。当前,美国对各类高岭土止血产品的开发研究十分活跃,但我军尚无同类产品列装,国内相关研究也不多见。
