目的分析肿瘤内科病区麻醉性镇痛药使用情况,探讨临床药师在癌痛治疗中的作用,提高临床药学服务质量。方法对本院肿瘤内科各病区2014年1月-8月麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况进行回顾性总结分析。结果本院肿瘤内科各病区羟考酮缓释片、吗啡缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴等销售金额、数量均居于前列,吗啡注射液、布桂嗪注射液注射液等注射剂使用较少,其DDDs、DUI均在合理范围内,吗啡即释片只见肿瘤内科一病区使用,芬太尼透皮贴患者使用正确率肿瘤内科一病区最高为95.29%,其余各病区合格率在74%-81%。结论本院肿瘤内科麻醉性镇痛药使用较为合理,临床药师所在病区在药品选择、联合用药、患者教育等方面更加合理。

Objective： Analysis of tumor department of internal medicine,the use of narcotic analgesics,to explore the role of clinical pharmacists in treatment of cancer pain,improve the quality of clinical pharmacy service. Methods： The application of narcotic analgesics in our hospital department of internal medicine tumor each ward in 2014 January ~ 8 months were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The hospital ward Department of internal medicine the tumor oxycodonecontrolled-release tabletsmorphine,fentanyl transdermal system etc. the amount of sales,the number is in the front rank,injection of morphine,bucinnazine injection injection injection use less,its DDDs,DUI are in the reasonable range,which release tablets morphine only see tumor department of Internal Medicine Ward use,fentanyl the patch using the correct rate of the tumor patients Department of internal medicine ward for the highest 95. 29%,the rest of the qualified rate in 74% ~ 81%ward. Conclusion： The tumor hospital department of internal medicine of narcotic analgesics usedreasonable,clinical pharmacists in the ward in drug selection,combined medication,patient education and other aspects of more reasonable.
