摘要
目的研究甜茶皂甙对变形链球菌致龋性的抑制作用。方法将0.1 ml变形链球菌悬液加入不同浓度的甜茶皂甙溶液的实验组,和无甜茶皂甙的基础液对照组,将玻棒分别插入各支试管培养48 h,将玻棒上黏附的菌细胞洗脱下来,测OD值。结果甜茶皂甙的浓度≥0.625 g/100 ml时,变形链球菌对玻璃棒的黏附低于无甜茶皂甙的对照组。结论甜茶皂甙对变形链球菌黏附抑制作用。
Objective: To study the inhibition of rubrus suavissimus S. Lee on the cariogenicity of streptococcus mutans. Methods: 0. 1 ml streptococcus mutans solution was mixed with rubrus suavissimus S. Lee saponin of different concentration,but the negative control group without rubrus suavissimus S. Lee saponin,and the glass rod was put in for 48 hours,then Each group was measured the OD of the streptococcus mutans on the glass rod. Results: When the concentration of rubrus suarissimus S. Lee Saponin was higher than 0. 625 g / ml,the adhering glass rod of Streptococcus Mutans was lower than the negative control group. Conclusion: Rubrus suarissimus S. Lee Saponin could inhibit the streptococcus mutans.
