鉴于贵州省情,对非物质文化遗产的保护尤为重要。法律是保护非物质文化遗产的一项重要手段,当前我省在此方面取得长足进步,但情势仍不容乐观。建议运用公法与私法双重保障机制,并在此基础上建立与之配套的相关管理机制、传承链制度、评估制度等,以保护丰富多彩、具有民族特色的非物质文化遗产。

In view of the special situation in Guizhou, the protection of the intangible cultural heritage is crucial. Law is an important means to protect the non - material cultural heritage. Guizhou province has made remarkable achievements, but the situation is still not optimistic. Double safeguard mechanism of public law and private law should be used in Guizhou province. In addition, Guizhou should form a complete set of management mechanism, the inheritance chain system, assessment system based on the law to protect abundant and colorful intangible cultural heritage in Guizhou province.
