摘要 特殊教育发展至今已有两百多年的历史。随着社会的发展,教育理念也随之发生变化。时至今日,随着人们对人本主义、人性关怀的回归,对教育公平的深入思考,融合教育的理念也逐渐深入人心。然而,当我们对比东西方特殊教育的开展和实施时,却发现在特殊教育所付诸的现实土壤表现出东西方的巨大差异。显而易见,融合教育若要真正在中国大地上得以实现,就目前而言还缺乏充足的环境支持。然而,在中国的国情下,发展特殊教育事业却又是一件刻不容缓的事情。理想和现实间的差距表明中国特殊教育的融合之路尽管艰辛但终将成为一种趋势。 The development of special education has so far expe-rienced over two hundred years. Along with social development, education concepts are also changing consequently. At the pre-sent time, with people's return to people-orientation and human-istic care, as well as their deep reflections on education equality, the concept of inclusion education has also been gradually rooted in people's mind. However, when comparing the development and implementation of special education in East and West, we found that there are huge differences between East and West in the re-alistic foundations provided for special education. Apparently, the true realization of real special education in China still lacks suffi-cient environment support. However, under China's national con-ditions, the development of special education is an imperative is-sue. The gap between ideal and reality indicates the inclusion of China's special education is a painstaking but promising process.
