摘要
文章借助新疆塔里木大学2010年以来全部任课教师的学生评教数据展开分析,结果显示:学生的学习收获及其满意度是学生评教的决定性因素,学生的专业以及该专业所开课程的特点与学生评教有显著的相关性,而任课教师的年龄、职称或者性别与学生评教的相关性不显著,由此探讨新疆大学生评教的内在标准并提出改进新疆高校教育质量保障体系的评价模式。
This paper analyzed students' teaching evaluation data on all teachers since 2010 in Tarim University of Xinjiang, and the results showed:the learning gains and satisfaction of students is the decisive factor of students' evaluation of teaching, and stu-dents' majors and the characteristics of professional courses for their majors are significantly correlated with their evaluation of teaching, while teachers' ages, professional titles or genders have no significant correlation with students' evaluation of teaching. Thus this paper explored the internal standard of Xinjiang uni-versity students' evaluation of teaching, and proposed the evalua-tion model that can improve the guarantee system for the educa-tion quality of universities in Xinjiang.
