大类招生对高校班级建设带来的挑战及对策刍议

随着高等教育改革的深入,大类招生这种新模式被越来越多的高校采用。大类招生人才培养模式对于培养创新型人才和复合型人才具有重要意义,但它也给高校班级建设带来了新的挑战。本文从大类招生人才培养模式给班级建设工作带来的新挑战出发,结合工作实际,探讨解决大类招生带来的问题的新路径。

Along with higher education reform, large-class enroll-ment, as a new model, has been adopted by more and more uni-versities, as it is of great significance to the cultivation of innova-tive and interdisciplinary talents, but it has also brought new challenges to university class construction. Starting from the new challenges brought by large-class enrollment to class construc-tion, combined with working practice, this paper explores new approaches to solve the problems brought by large-class enroll-ment.
