上海法治新媒体建设探析

Analysis on the Construction of New Media for the Rule of Law in Shanghai

上海作为国际性大都市,目前有2400多万常住人口,上海法院、司法局官方微博、微信却同受众互动甚少,未能发挥其应有的影响力。本文对新媒体受众的观点和需求展开调研,对调查数据进行科学统计和分析,全面客观地总结上海各级人民法院、司法局运用新媒体平台开展网络法治宣传教育工作的基本情况,并提出促进上海法治新媒体建设的有效方法,以期为上海法治新媒体的健康长效发展奠定理论基础、规划前进方向,使新媒体在传递法治理念、凝聚法治共识等方面发挥积极作用。

Shanghai, as an international metropolis, has over 24 million permanent residents at present, but the official microblog and WeChat of Shanghai＆#39;s courts and justice bureaus have little interaction with their followers, failing to exert their due influ-ence. This paper carried out a survey on the views and demands of the followers of new media, and analyzed the results, in order to comprehensively and objectively summarize the basic situation of network legal publicity and education on new media launched by Shanghai＆#39;s courts and justice bureaus at different levels. It also proposed the effective methods of promoting the construction of new media for the rule of law in Shanghai, hoping to lay a theo-retical foundation and formulate a direction for the healthy and long-term development of new media for the rule of law in Shanghai, and give full play to the positive role of new media in spreading legal concepts and gathering legal consensus.
