摘要
城市化的关键在于就业非农化,非农化就业的关键是就业能力的提高。通过实地调查,佛山失地妇女的就业情况不容乐观。从人力资本存量来看,佛山失地妇女文化程度与市民身份不匹配,非农就业技能与身份不匹配,就业培训情况与就业状况不匹配,失地妇女的就业期望与就业能力存在偏差;从社会资本存量来看,佛山失地妇女与再就业相关的社会支持贫瘠。提高珠三角失地妇女就业能力的可行路径应通过政府、市场与社会三者之间相互的激励和相容机制,发挥其各自优势,相互补充,共同提高失地妇女的就业能力。
T he key point of urbanization is determined on non-agricultural employment ,and the key of non-agricultural employment lies in improving employability .Through field investigation ,it found that the employment situation for Foshan landless women revealed a gloomy reality .As for human capital stock ,there are widely mismatching between the education degree and the civil capacity ,between non-agricultural employment skills and figures ,between employment training and employment status ,be-tween employability and employment expectation .As for social capital stock ,the social support of land-less women and re-employment is rather poor .This paper suggests that the feasible path to promote em-ployability of landless women should coordinated government ,market and social to motivate the cooper-ation mechanism ,aiming to improve the employability of landless women .
